Inside, enjoy the classic charm of this 1920s Arlington bungalow : bright living spaces with shuttered windows, an inspiring office area, a spacious dining room, charming 1920s original oak floors, and a sunlit enclosed porch ideal for morning coffee. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals. With 4 comfortable bedrooms: Bedroom 1: King bed (plus additional futon available) Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Queen bed Bedroom 4: Double bed Step outside to the backyard or relax on the enclosed patio. Free on-site and street parking make your stay even easier. Whether you're exploring DC or working remotely, this home offers the perfect blend of location, comfort, and warmth. Guest Access: Guests will have fully private access to the entire 4-Bedroom home at the property- the Carriage House however, is a separate and private home all on its own, and is not part of this rental space. Guests will have access to the driveway, as well as the street parking. The driveway can fit up to two regular cars, but they cannot park side by side-- only one in front of the other. If you will need additional street parking, just please let us know in advance so we can register your vehicle(s)! Interaction with Guests: We give our guests space, but we're always available when needed. Whether you have a question before check-in, need help during your stay, or want local recommendations, our team is just a message or call away.
