You and the family will love staying in this beautiful three-bedroom, two-bath elevated home nestled in secluded surroundings, just one block north of Pine Avenue in the village of Anna Maria. Stroll to the Pier for tranquil bay views or have coffee at the Cafés and grab a bite at one of the eateries lining the historic shopping area.
Bay Front Park is just around the corner or venture to the Gulf side beaches with our famous white, powdery sand and breathtaking sunsets.
Enjoy Island life lounging the day away by the private pool/spa with plenty of comfortable furnishings. There is also a game area with ping pong if you look for some activity.

EXTERIOR

Guests are sure to take full advantage of all the outdoor, Florida lifestyle features! The conveniently
located covered porch area has large games and poolside hang out room with a large screen TV to watch the game or enjoy an afternoon cocktail. A wonderful 26 ft. by 13 ft. swimming pool, outdoor seating, and outdoor shower make this a fabulous backyard. The gas grill is located here as well for a great BBQ night.

Optional pool heat, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Property Manager will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.

There is no garage access for cars at Sea La Vie however there are still 4 parking spaces in the driveway available to use during your stay.

This property welcomes any day arrival for the months mid-August to January except holiday weeks. Please contact us for approval.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
