This north-end 3 bedroom plus den multi level home is just a flip flop walk away from the white, sandy beaches by the prestigeous North end. Enjoy your next vacation on Anna Maria Island at Maritime Memories which offers plenty of room for a large family featuring two living areas and 4 sleeping rooms. There are 2 bedrooms with king and queen on the ground level sharing the hall bathroom and another king bedroom plus a den with a full size bed. The house comfortably sleeps 8 people.

EXTERIOR

After a long day at the beach, head back to Maritime Memories and take advantage of its beautiful outdoor scape. Enjoy the outdoor shower to rinse off any sand and then take a dip in the crystal-clear private heated pool! There is a gas grill and multiple outdoor dining spots to enjoy a bite to eat in a beautiful, tropical landscape. Take in sunset on Bean Point, a short walk from Maritime Memories.

The Maritime Memories is a dog friendly property. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per reservation. Short stays are not pro-rated. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.

The pool heat is $150.00 a week. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86° F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at the additional cost. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Property Manager will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.

There are parking spaces for three cars available at Maritime Memories.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
