Vacation bliss at the newly 2025 renovated Minnow 1! This property is a ground level duplex and perfect for a long weekend or short stay! The beautiful and tastefully decorated beach studio has wood flooring throughout and offers a secluded and private screened in lanai. Minnow 1 features a separate bedroom and bathroom but no full kitchen. The studio amenities include a full size refrigerator, kitchen sink and a kitchenette console with microwave, keurig coffee maker, toaster, dinnerware and silverware. Enjoy a light breakfast or lunch and spend your evenings exploring the restaurants on the Island. It is only a short stroll over to the beautiful white sandy beaches and a 45 second walk to the Rod and Reel Pier.

Grab your favorite person and enjoy time together! This is just the perfect little spot for a fabulous Anna Maria Island vacation getaway! If you have more people in your party consider renting Minnow 2 which is the other half of the duplex.

The outside area is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Enjoy this quiet North end location. There is patio furniture for lounging around or entertaining and a gas grill.

There is one designated parking spaces for Minnow 1.
