This residence is located in the iconic, gated neighborhood Santimo Beach that is perfectly situated between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach.

This residence welcomes you with tall ceilings and an open concept first floor. Modern art and photography is found throughout the home, accompanied with dark muted pastels. The living room, dining and kitchen flow so effortlessly with an ample amount of space. The kitchen proudly features top of the line stainless steel appliances, a large center island, and bar stool seating for 4 guests. The stylish dining table offers seating for 8 guests. The backyard of the home features an appealingly abundant private pool (that can be heated for $50/day), an outdoor dining table, and a grill. There is an elevator in this home and half bathroom on this floor.

The second floor of the home offers the majority of the bedrooms. You will find three guest bedrooms each with a king sized bed and private bathroom. The blush colored master oasis is on this floor and treats you to a king sized bed and private bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanity sinks. Additionally, the laundry room features two washers and dryers for your convenience.

The third and final floor of the home features a comfortable couch and a tv for the older kids or entire family to gather around situated in a cool toned room. There is a sitting area by the window that overlooks the beautiful Santimo Beach community. A ping pong table is present as well for friendly competition with the family. There is a guest bedroom on this floor with a king sized bed with a 2 twin over twin bunks in a nook. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower on this floor.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer.

- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
