A short stroll to shops, restaurants and only steps to the beach, this top-floor unit can comfortably accommodate 4 guests, and features 2 bedrooms, 2½ baths, open kitchen/living room and outdoor entertainment spaces.

The main floor of this residence provides endless views of Seaside and the Gulf of Mexico from the square-side balcony and cozy living room. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, ample counter and storage space, and offers table and bar seating for six. There is a half bathroom on the first floor, along with a conveniently located laundry room and exterior closet for storing sandy beach equipment and toys.

The second floor of the unit offers two bedrooms. The master retreat is highlighted by a soaring ceiling, private bathroom with walk-in shower, generous storage, and window seat for reading or relaxing over stunning views of both Seaside and the surf. A second bedroom offers a twin-over-twin bunk bed, full shower/tub bathroom, separate closet and access to a secluded patio perfect for soaking up sunshine or enjoying morning coffee. Both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs.

- Additional parking can be found in the parking spaces behind 25 Central (first come first serve) or other available spaces along Quincy Circle, or the additional vehicles can pay the daily rate to park in the paid parking areas. There is parking along Highway 30A in the gravel spaces as well that are free to use. There are no assigned parking spots.
- NO events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.
- Seaside Amenity Fees Include: Wristbands for Beach Access, and Access to the Community Swimming Pools and Tennis Courts.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer.

- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
