Parking Rules:
- One assigned parking spot.
- Additional parking is first-come, first-serve. Two car Max per HOA.

We also made a booklet with the parking info and the resort regulations info.
These must not be removed from the home. If passes are missing upon your departure, you will be charged $75.00 per missing pass
- Below are the parking violations that will result in Immediate towing:
Do not: Park on grass, Block sidewalks, Park on street, Double park, Inoperable vehicles, Missing tags, Parking in a fire lane, Improper display of tags, Parking in handicap spaces without proper tags, Parking trailers of any kind, Blocking guest parking spaces, Commercial vehicles.

- 1 small box laundry detergent (enough for one load)

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish; we do not restock these items.
No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.
This is an industry-standard practice.
