Access to Windsor Island Resort:
- All guests over the age of 18 must provide identification to the resort clubhouse(license, passport, school ID, etc)
- No stays over 30 nights allowed per HOA

Resort Parking Rules:
- The resort allows a maximum of 5 cars (including visitors)
- Please pick up the parking rules at the guard gate. Parking/car limit is strictly enforced.
- Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street, or the resort will fine you
- The 3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway, not to block the sidewalk
